Refinishing Aftercare

How To Care For Your Refinishing and Reglazing Services

At Refinishing Pros, we are committed to providing you with the best possible outcomes for your refinishing project. However, the longevity of the results depends on the aftercare provided once our technician leaves your home.

Here are some tips to help you maintain that 'like-new' appearance on your newly refinishing surface.

Cleaning Equipment

Easy Steps To Keep Your Refinished Surface Clean

24 Hour Rule

Before using or cleaning the area that was resurfaced, please allow 24 hours for the surface to cure.

Shower Refinishing

Abrasives

When cleaning your newly refinished surface, please do not use any harsh abrasives such

as Comet, Ajax, Brillo pads, undiluted bleach or Clorox, or any powdered cleaners.

Shower Refinishing

Bathmats/Non-Slip

Please do not use a bath mat that has suction cups as it will damage the finish. Our team has recommendations of mats that work well if one is needed.
